- What does “research use only” mean?
Every product we sell is supplied strictly as a research-use-only (RUO) chemical for in-vitro laboratory investigation. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, or treatment. See our compliance policy for the full terms.
- Can I use these products on humans or animals?
No. Our products must not be administered to humans or animals under any circumstances, and must not be used for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or cosmetic purposes. They are intended solely for controlled laboratory research by qualified personnel.
- Who is eligible to order?
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and be a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or business engaged in legitimate research. Placing an order confirms you meet these requirements.
- What purity are your peptides?
Purity is stated on each product listing — typically ≥99% by HPLC — along with the form, storage conditions, and reference identifiers such as CAS number where applicable.
- Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most EU countries and a selection of worldwide countries, whilst adding more destinations over time — the countries we serve are shown in the checkout selector. If you don’t see your country, email us at support@propeptides.eu and we’ll check whether we can ship to your location. You are responsible for confirming that a product may lawfully be imported into and used in your location before ordering.
- Where do you ship from?
We operate warehouses in Denmark and Germany. Your order is dispatched from whichever warehouse holds your items in stock and can best serve your destination, so a parcel may arrive from either location.
- What payment methods do you accept?
At checkout you can pay by:
- Credit or debit card, via a secure Revolut payment link.
- Bank transfer (SEPA) — reference your order number so we can match the payment.
- Bitcoin, paid on-chain and confirmed automatically.
Card and bank-transfer orders are dispatched once payment is received.
- What currency are prices shown in?
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and US dollar (USD) depending on your region. The currency you will be charged in is shown at checkout.
- How should I store products when they arrive?
Store each product as indicated on its listing. Our peptides are supplied as lyophilized powder and are generally stored at -20°C and protected from light. Handle only with appropriate laboratory precautions.
- Is it legal for me to order?
The regulatory status of individual compounds varies by jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to ensure your purchase, possession, and use comply with the laws that apply to you. Our compliance policy sets out these responsibilities in full.
- Can I change or cancel an order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually help while the order has not yet been dispatched.
