Returns & Refunds

Because our products are research chemicals, their safety, sterility, and integrity cannot be verified once they have left our control. For this reason we cannot accept returns or exchanges of correctly-supplied orders. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

If we sent the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, we will put it right at no cost to you — with a replacement or a refund, including any return postage. This is the only circumstance in which a return or refund is available.

Email support@propeptides.eu promptly — ideally within 14 days of delivery — with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos where relevant (for example of a damaged item or its packaging). Please do not discard the item or its packaging until we have resolved the issue, and do not return anything before we confirm the return address.

Where a refund is due under this policy, we issue it to your original payment method without undue delay once we have confirmed the problem or received the returned item. This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under the law that applies to you.
