These terms govern the sale of products from propeptides.eu. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our compliance policy, which forms part of these terms, and our privacy policy.

All products are supplied strictly as research-use-only chemicals for laboratory investigation. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements and must not be used for human or veterinary purposes. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution or business. We describe each product and its specifications as accurately as we can, but minor variations may occur. Availability is not guaranteed; a product may be out of stock or withdrawn, and we may limit quantities.

Prices are shown on each product page and confirmed at checkout in the applicable currency. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude any import duties or taxes that may apply in your destination country, which are your responsibility. If a price is obviously incorrect, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept it, which we do when we dispatch the products. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, if we cannot verify eligibility, or if we suspect misuse — and will refund any payment taken.

You can pay by card (via a secure Revolut payment link), by bank transfer (SEPA, referencing your order number), or with Bitcoin. Card and bank orders are dispatched once payment is received. For bank transfer and Bitcoin, please pay the exact amount shown for your order.

We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for ensuring the products may lawfully be imported into and used in your location, and for any customs formalities. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Because our products are research chemicals, returns and exchanges are not accepted except where we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective. See our returns & refunds page for details. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have.

Products are supplied for research use on an “as is” basis against their stated specifications. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without affecting your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, we give no other warranties and disclaim any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond laboratory research. Nothing here is a representation that any product is safe or effective for any use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from misuse of the products or from any use outside controlled laboratory research. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
