Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data ProPeptides collects, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to our website and to orders placed through it.
Who we are
ProPeptides operates the store at propeptides.eu and is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question you can reach us at support@propeptides.eu.
Data we collect
We collect only what we need to process and deliver your orders:
- Contact details — name, email address, and phone number (if provided).
- Delivery details — shipping and billing address.
- Order details — the products, amounts, prices, and order history associated with your purchases.
- Communications — messages you send us and our replies.
Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details; the provider processes them directly.
How we use your data, and our legal basis
- To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders and to contact you about them — necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To keep records required by tax and accounting law — to comply with a legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure — our legitimate interest in operating safely.
We do not currently send marketing emails. If we introduce them, we will ask for your consent first, and you will be able to opt out at any time.
International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision) to protect your data.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law, and otherwise no longer than necessary for the purposes above. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data erased, where applicable.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email support@propeptides.eu. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — in Denmark, this is Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it was last revised; please check back periodically.
