Privacy Policy

ProPeptides operates the store at propeptides.eu and is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question you can reach us at support@propeptides.eu.

We collect only what we need to process and deliver your orders:

• Contact details — name, email address, and phone number (if provided).
• Delivery details — shipping and billing address.
• Order details — the products, amounts, prices, and order history associated with your purchases.
• Communications — messages you send us and our replies.

Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details; the provider processes them directly.

• To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders and to contact you about them — necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To keep records required by tax and accounting law — to comply with a legal obligation.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure — our legitimate interest in operating safely.

We do not currently send marketing emails. If we introduce them, we will ask for your consent first, and you will be able to opt out at any time.

We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed:

• Payment providers, to take and confirm payment.
• Shipping carriers (such as DAO and UPS), to deliver your order.
• Our email provider, to send order confirmations and replies.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website and store its data.
• An error-monitoring provider, to detect and diagnose technical problems with the site.
• Public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision) to protect your data.

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law, and otherwise no longer than necessary for the purposes above. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use only strictly necessary cookies — for example, a cookie that keeps your shopping cart working during your visit. For usage statistics we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) that measures aggregate traffic without cookies and without collecting personal data or tracking you across sites, so no consent banner is required. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data erased, where applicable.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email support@propeptides.eu. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — in Denmark, this is Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it was last revised; please check back periodically.
